Orinseal Insulation Kit

Orinseal® Sealing gasket is a designed for electrical flange insulation in low pressure service. It is suitable for raised face or flat face (not ring type joint) flanges up to class ANSI 600#. Orinseal is available in both type F (ring type) and type E (full face), with kits, it is excellent for general applications where electrical flange insulation and corrosion control are required.

Description

Orinseal® gasket consist of a retainer with two staggered dovetail shape seal grooves on both sides and sit with two elastomeric sealing elements ( rubber O ring or Spring energized PTFE seal), this design breaks the path between each layer of laminated retainer and guarantees the high sealing reliable under the low bolt load.

Applications:

  • Low pressure : up to 600# for raised face and flat face flanges
  • Most of water, gas, oil and hydrocarbon service
  • H2S /Co2 service
  • High pH service
  • Locations where and users prefer an integral seal element
  • Low bolt load required service
